📋 Description

• Own all design work across product areas from customer research and problem definition through implementation, launch, and iteration • Work with engineering, CX, and the CEO to identify worthwhile problems, explore possibilities, and connect releases into a coherent product experience • Talk directly with users, observe workflows, test assumptions, and turn findings into product decisions • Develop approaches and realistic prototypes to evaluate behavior, usability, and feasibility • Create clear, polished interfaces based on customer workflows and pain points • Use AI in research, ideation, prototyping, and design • Improve shared design patterns, provide feedback, communicate decisions, and help peers produce better work

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of exceptional product design work • Portfolio showing strong product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft in shipped work • Ability to lead research, explore different approaches, build realistic prototypes, deliver detailed designs, and work through implementation details • Curiosity about difficult problems and complex systems • Ability to set direction, make tradeoffs with partners, own decisions, and reconsider them • Practical experience working with AI, including explaining where it helps and assessing results • Clear communication, useful feedback, inviting critique, and involvement through final product details
