📋 Description

• Support the financial management of Fliff’s organization • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Deliver accurate, timely financial reports, including budgeting, tax documents, month-end and year-end close reports, and bank reconciliations • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and additional financial reports • Analyze financial data and report on profitability, revenue growth, cash flow, and other key financial metrics • Process payroll and manage contractor payments • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions • Participate in ad hoc projects supporting other functions and overall business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field • Familiarity with financial reporting standards, including GAAP or IFRS • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision • Proven track record of managing upward • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
