📋 Description

• Participate in a virtual hiring event and live virtual interview via Microsoft Teams • Provide healthcare patient access or insurance follow-up support remotely • Work from home in a customer-focused healthcare role • Participate in GetixHealth's virtual Collaboration Room with camera on during working hours • Complete assigned work while multitasking in a fast-paced environment • Support patients and help others through healthcare administrative services

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills • Experience in healthcare support preferred: patient access, insurance follow-up, billing, or call center environments • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others • Reliable, distraction-free home workspace • Must successfully pass an internet speed test • Ability to participate in GetixHealth's virtual Collaboration Room with camera on during working hours • Background check and drug screening required for Patient Access Specialists • Background check required for Insurance Follow-Up Specialists • Preferred: 1 year of call center customer service experience, healthcare preferred • Preferred: 2 years of MS Office Suite Applications experience • Preferred: 1 year of bilingual English/Spanish experience • Preferred: 1 year of medical insurance practical or classroom knowledge • Preferred: 2 years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience
