getviktor. com (Viktor) is an AI "employee" that integrates into Slack and Microsoft Teams to perform real work for companies: run reports, pull and reconcile data from connected tools (Stripe, QuickBooks, GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce), automate onboarding tasks, triage support tickets, fix incidents by creating PRs, pause ad campaigns, draft messages, build and deploy web apps or dashboards, and schedule recurring checks. It connects to thousands of integrations, runs code in the cloud, remembers team preferences, and operates with approval controls and SOC 2 compliance. Viktor targets teams, SMBs, agencies and enterprises looking to automate repetitive operational, analytics, support, and growth tasks within collaboration platforms.

📋 Description

• Own the ClickHouse warehouse end-to-end, including schema, ingestion, backfills, and performance • Build and maintain pipelines integrating Prod Postgres, Stripe, Slack, ad platforms, and future data sources • Run the BI layer using Hex dashboards for growth, finance, support, and product • Answer business-critical questions about retention cohorts, credit and unit economics, channel attribution, churn, and pricing impact • Establish monitoring and alerting for key metric changes • Work with co-founders and company leaders to scope, prioritize, ship quickly, and challenge assumptions • Build the data foundation that becomes the trusted source of truth for company decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL and pragmatic experience with complex queries • Python for ETL and orchestration • Experience with dbt, Dagster, Airflow, or similar tools • Familiarity with columnar data warehouses such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift • Experience building BI layers from scratch using Hex, Metabase, Looker, or similar tools • Product mindset with proactive decision-making and willingness to challenge assumptions • Founder mentality and ability to build a new function • Early-stage startup experience is an advantage • Familiarity with Stripe and SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, NDR, and LTV is an advantage • Background in machine learning or forecasting is helpful but not essential • Ability to work remotely or from Warsaw or Munich
