📋 Description

• Own financial planning and analysis for the approximately $3B Transactional Core business, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, monthly close, and portfolio analytics • Drive improvements in growth, profitability, working capital, and cash generation • Consolidate and communicate the end-to-end outlook and prepare executive-ready financial reviews • Partner with regional ITRs, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations, Fulfillment Finance, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Operations • Develop and implement operating playbooks to improve orders, revenue, margin, cash, and productivity performance • Advise senior leadership on decision-making and portfolio performance • Enhance visibility into customer utilization versus minimum commitments under MMP contracts • Assess order recognition and forecasting using commercial pipeline and Salesforce data • Support the MMP Transformation roadmap through sustainable operating rhythms and financial governance • Collaborate with Commercial and Pricing teams on strategies to mitigate inflationary market impacts • Support service execution and fleet-readiness initiatives, including ISM, Non-Capital Parts Center of Excellence, and Ready-to-Serve programs • Lead finance transformation through standardization, simplification, automation, and actionable business insights • Improve financial and operational visibility through advanced analytics, standard work, and modern reporting tools • Champion best practices across Services FP&A and foster accountability and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit, or equivalent outside the U.S. • Minimum of 2 years in a finance leadership role • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Preferred: Graduate of GE Finance Management Programs, such as FMP or OFLP/CAS
