• Develop market initiatives for the DTCB & HYpact product lines, including market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams • Support Product Leaders's decisions on product strategy, positioning, and launch initiatives • Act as a connector between product, sales, and marketing teams • Gather market intelligence and commercial insights • Analyze market trends, customer expectations, applications, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities and portfolio priorities • Develop commercial support materials such as value propositions, battle cards, and product presentations to strengthen sales effectiveness • Support the launch of new products and solutions, ensuring regional sales teams have the technical and competitive tools to win in the field
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, tendering, or engineering; experience in the switchgear or high-voltage sector is an advantage • Knowledge of High Voltage switchgear and the Air Insulated Switchgear portfolio, power transmission and distribution, or related industries • Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape • Ability to work effectively in a team and matrix organization • Emerging ability to connect technical product features to commercial and operational value
