📋 Description

• Lead execution of Simple and Combined Cycle projects within the Heavy Duty Gas Power business • Oversee the overall execution of a mega project or multiple projects with a key customer • Serve as the primary customer point of contact throughout the project lifecycle from contract inception through final closure • Define and iterate long-term project strategies • Manage interconnected health of multiple projects across resources, risks, and performance targets • Resolve high-complexity issues spanning engineering, manufacturing, and field execution • Align internal and external stakeholders toward a unified long-term vision • Develop executive customer relationships and drive cross-portfolio issue resolution, claims management, and project execution • Lead and develop Project Managers through coaching, performance feedback, development planning, and talent assessment • Mentor high-potential Project Managers and functional leads • Facilitate knowledge sharing and scale project best practices • Coach teams on influence without authority and soft-skill development • Foster psychological safety, emotional intelligence, resilience, and team well-being • Champion LEAN and Kaizen principles to optimize value streams • Optimize Estimates at Completion and Cost-to-Come projections • Lead margin maximization through control of cash, revenue, and invoicing cycles • Lead negotiations on complex change orders and vendor claims • Own the portfolio Risk & Opportunity register • Enforce EHS and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • 10+ years of experience leading mega-projects or complex portfolios within the Energy or large-scale infrastructure sectors • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable, and sustainable project strategies • Proven experience in developing talent, coaching project teams, and building a high-performance culture within a matrixed organization • Experience with performance management, employee development, and leading Project Managers or comparable professional roles is preferred • Proven record of identifying systemic issues and implementing solutions across interdependent workstreams • Advanced ability to represent the organization at the C-Suite level • Ability to facilitate high-stakes negotiations and manage sensitive customer communications • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
