📋 Description

• Lead high-impact value consulting engagements for strategic sales opportunities • Build ROI models and develop business cases • Deliver C-level presentations • Partner with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success • Understand customer pain points and articulate Tekion’s economic value • Develop industry-specific financial frameworks, benchmarks, and storytelling strategies • Advise on strategic deal structuring, value communication, and executive alignment • Gather data and insights to support value modeling and document real-world impact • Improve value tools, templates, and methodologies for scalability and consistency • Mentor junior value team members and sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, or automotive experience • Ability to build and present ROI models and business cases influencing stakeholders at all customer levels • Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills • Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives • Expertise in Excel and financial modeling • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce and Highspot • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field • MBA preferred • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time • Current authorization to work in the United States • Consultative field sales experience and understanding of sales methodologies
