📋 Description

• Drive the product performance function for assigned products across multiple lines of business • Oversee product performance reviews and analysis • Coordinate product improvement initiatives • Prepare executive leadership for regular interactions with key regulators across the state • Lead specialty product and behavioral health performance across lines of business • Lead a team developing and executing strategic cross-functional quality and program initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define and execute strategic priorities • Develop and monitor key business metrics dashboards and lead efforts to resolve negative trends • Develop and improve long-term portfolio strategies, objectives, and policies • Evaluate product enhancements against strategic, enrollment, and retention goals • Define and execute strategies to manage cost structure and improve profit and loss performance • Oversee work group deliverables to support business objectives and compliance requirements • Maintain collaborative relationships with distribution channel leaders and third-party partners • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must live in Florida • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of product development/management, consulting, analysis, or project management experience in a PPO, HMO or other managed care organization • Management experience required • Ability to drive statewide specialty product and behavioral health performance across lines of business • Experience developing and executing strategic cross-functional quality and program initiatives • Ability to develop and monitor key business metrics dashboards and resolve negative trends • Experience managing cost structure, medical costs, unit costs, and selling costs • Ability to meet compliance requirements and manage relationships with distribution channel leaders and third-party partners
