📋 Description

• Drive profitable growth by delivering innovative clinical and strategic performance solutions to hospitals and health systems • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrated clinical effectiveness and system operations optimization programs • Manage programs with multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with timelines, scope, and budget • Deliver measurable client outcomes and generate revenue across performance improvement, supply chain, workforce productivity, non-labor productivity, clinical operations, shared services, and revenue management • Participate in and help direct nationwide business development and relationship management activities for healthcare clients • Deliver industry expertise and management consulting services for client engagements • Develop practice-wide methodologies for account strategies and client plans • Establish account management relationships with key client decision makers • Identify key industry issues and develop practice responses • Assist in developing industry alliances and relationships within vertical markets • Provide delivery assurance support for targeted client engagements • Mentor Guidehouse staff on account assignments • Provide visible leadership within the account and practice • Lead consulting project Statements of Work and project plans • Write proposals, present to client executives, and facilitate, advise, and persuade key decision makers and influencers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree • 10+ years of experience in clinical operations, performance improvement, labor optimization, physician services and beyond focused in a provider setting • 5+ years delivering programs in a consulting environment; driving complex, multi-faceted, multi-site, application/operational change/improvement programs with annual budgets of $10 million plus (30 + resources) • Demonstrated sales success leading consulting services BD pursuits with a track record of achieving sales generation goals of $1.5 million in new and add-on business • Flexible, positive, clear interpersonal and communication skills with ability to facilitate the exchange of information within all levels of Guidehouse as well as a provider based, client organization, including hospital executives, physicians and other professional and ancillary staff • Ability and willingness to travel as needed • Masters Degree • Health Consulting Experience • Preference will be given to candidates within 50 miles of a Guidehouse office
