📋 Description

• Lead field service processes for GE Vernova Solar and Storage Solutions, reporting to the Field Services Leader • Provide on-site services and technical direction for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of solar inverters and battery energy storage systems • Perform and direct work involving electrical, instrumentation, and control systems • Handle cable routing and terminations, loop checks, instrument calibration, safety and alarm system settings, software installation and settings, system startup, and system tests • Direct skilled labor at customer sites and ensure safe, high-quality, procedure-compliant work • Drive customer experience through communication, contract compliance, and meeting safety, quality, and delivery expectations • Lead operational processes involving safety, quality, schedule, and cost for service business obligations • Communicate goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities internally • Protect GE’s reputation and technology in the marketplace • Promote employee involvement and excellence across service management metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum college degree or equivalent years of experience • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering preferred • Minimum 2 years of power electronics field service, manufacturing, or test experience • GE experience preferred • Knowledge of solar, storage, and/or power electronics products and business processes • Proficiency in English, verbal and written • Ability to travel domestically 70% of the time • Strong communication skills • Prior Lean continuous improvement experience desired • Position based in the USA • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
