📋 Description

• Provide direct oversight to Overwatch Tooling Refurbishments • Seek new technologies to upgrade or replace the aging fleet of tools • Support Capital Investment strategy for fleet expansion in BWR and PWR markets • Own Continuous Improvement of Overwatch processes • Support tooling conceptual design, field delivery and subsequent activities • Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor during power equipment outages • Serve as the single point of contact for outage execution • Work with field services training and staffing teams to build field execution teams • Serve as lead instructor for training courses • Provide subject matter expertise in tooling fabrication, procurement, procedure management, and outage execution • Execute complex BWR 2–6 In Service Inspection projects, including in-vessel visual technology tooling and services, core verification, and reactor service maintenance activities • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and may lead small, low-risk projects • Explain information, develop team consensus, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline from an accredited college/university OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of experience in BWR maintenance management or inspection services • Minimum 2-year leadership of nuclear-industry field teams working at customer sites as well as leading design engineering teams • Experience in BWRVIP, ASME and ISI programs implemented by nuclear plants • Knowledge of GEH Nuclear Energy products, processes, customers, markets, and competition • Experience and knowledge around BWR reactor internals and GEH In Vessel Visual tooling • Familiarity with GEH B03, EC and Inventory processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Strong oral and written communication skills • Established project management skills • Frequent travel (70% of the time or more), including travel to USA and international plant sites • Willingness to work in radiation-controlled areas and radioactively contaminated areas • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Ability to satisfy heightened security checks directed by clients
