📋 Description

• Conduct component and product integration across multiple components and products • Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow-down • Drive validation and verification activities, including system-level testing • Define product requirements for modules, components, subcontractors, and partner teams • Manage interfaces between components and execution organizations • Drive CTQ and risk trades within component design teams • Manage overall product configuration and configuration control system • Plan and execute departmental operations or technical engineering activities • Manage staffing and performance development • Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small, low-risk projects and help teams reach consensus • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering for roles outside the USA • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience, for roles outside the USA • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college for roles in the USA, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
