📋 Description

• Provide project operations and program support • Standardize project management practices • Perform quality management and centralized quality assurance and control activities for assigned projects or groups of projects • Manage project documentation • Create and maintain methods • Improve processes and provide tools for the project management function • Plan and execute activities within established operating disciplines • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy and strategy • Analyze and resolve straightforward problems using technical skills and analytic thinking • Collaborate with internal teams and integrate work across teams • Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance • Provide informal guidance to new team members • Potentially hire and develop talent as an early people leader

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management and Quality experience • Power plant experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management and Quality • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
