📋 Description

• Oversee and execute quality assurance activities within the supply chain for GVH Advanced Nuclear projects • Ensure quality control and compliance for Advanced Nuclear project procurement • Manage the end-to-end supplier quality lifecycle • Qualify new vendors and conduct on-site supplier audits • Execute supplier quality surveillance programs for new reactor projects • Define quality requirements and provide technical guidance on engineering specifications • Oversee disposition of non-conforming products • Partner with suppliers to implement defect-reduction strategies • Use corrective action processes to prevent future errors • Author and review technical quality documents, plans, and procedures • Maintain rigorous supplier performance records • Act as technical liaison between purchasing, engineering, and suppliers • Ensure project requirements are met • Travel to supplier and customer sites for on-site evaluations, up to 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience • Minimum of 4 years in engineering, manufacturing, manufacturing support, or nuclear quality assurance • Proven understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and quality assurance systems • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial standards • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and technical reporting • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously • Ability and willingness to travel to supplier and customer sites as required, up to 50% • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Access to U.S. export-controlled information may require authorization from the U.S. Government • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Desired: Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline • Desired: Active or prior certification as a Quality Lead Auditor • Desired: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in a nuclear quality role • Desired: Knowledge of 10CFR50 Appendix B, NQA-1, CSA N299, CSA N285, and ISO-9001 • Desired: Expertise in ASME Section IX and Section XI • Desired: Experience with NDE processes and complex welding troubleshooting • Desired: Proficiency in analog/digital control systems, pneumatic instrumentation, PLC programming, SCADA configuration, and safety lifecycle for high-integrity software-based systems • Desired: Familiarity with IEEE, IEC, IPC, NEMA, and ANSI standards • Desired: Experience performing rigorous quality inspections • Desired: Broad knowledge of the nuclear landscape • Desired: Proven Nuclear Safety Culture leadership • Desired: Ability to engage and influence senior leadership at supplier and regulatory organizations • Desired: Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused collaboration • Desired: Self-motivation and analytical problem-solving skills • Desired: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
