• Review escalated complaint files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures • Contact complainants, complaint preparers, field personnel, and stakeholders to obtain missing or clarifying information • Accurately document collected information in complaint-management systems • Pull and monitor MQ reports each morning and midday • Track new and open MQ tickets to ensure prompt review, updates, and resolution • Manage a high-volume workload and maintain accurate documentation • Collect, organize, verify, and analyze MQ-related data • Create reports and visualizations • Perform special research, data-gathering, and verification projects • Identify documentation gaps, process concerns, and potential risks and escalate them • Support field personnel with accurate, timely, compliant complaint documentation • Maintain confidentiality and comply with quality, regulatory, and data-management requirements • Lead MQ process training for new hires and provide team-wide training on updates • Maintain training materials, process guidance, and reference documentation • Perform checks and balances to verify adherence to procedures • Provide coaching and clarification on process or documentation concerns • Maintain knowledge of MQ process updates, changes, and implementations • Promote knowledge sharing, consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Field Service, Technical Support, Quality, and other cross-functional partners
• Experience reviewing detailed records, complaint files, quality documentation, or similar case-management information • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to complete and accurate documentation • Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to professionally obtain information from a variety of stakeholders • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use multiple software applications, systems, and workflows • Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience collecting, organizing, verifying, and analyzing data • Demonstrated success working collaboratively within diverse and cross-functional teams • Experience with SAP is required • Experience with MQ, P58, complaint handling, quality management, medical devices, healthcare, or another regulated environment is preferred • Experience training employees or supporting system and process implementations is preferred • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner with accuracy, accountability, and personal responsibility • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to identify process gaps, evaluate information, and determine appropriate next steps • Ability to adapt to changing processes, requirements, and technology • Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
