📋 Description

• Perform all activities related to testing and validating equipment, facilities, or plants according to design objectives or specifications for operational use • Perform Performance Services and Performance tests • Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy/strategy using prior experience and technical expertise • Apply understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work • Integrate own team's work with other teams and contribute to the broader area • Propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance • Solve straightforward tasks using prior experience and on-the-job training • Use technical skills, analytical thinking, and multiple internal sources to solve problems and make decisions • Provide informal guidance to new team members • Potentially hire and develop talent as an early people leader

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Services & Commissioning • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
