📋 Description

• Analyze and provide contract quality requirements to the project team • Support function kickoff meetings and communicate project-specific requirements to stakeholders • Consolidate lessons learned and define the quality assurance strategy and project risks • Produce project quality plans and inspection and test plans • Communicate and ensure application of quality plans by project team members • Prepare and coordinate quality inspections with customers and supply chain • Manage preparation and delivery of quality databooks for components • Monitor project process performance, including non-quality costs, product non-conformities, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction • Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and process responses • Manage non-conformity reports • Support analysis and management of non-quality costs, claims, and corrective, preventive, curative, and containment actions • Support site teams with quality documentation and ensure quality control meets client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in engineering • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Good knowledge of quality management principles and tools • Relevant experience in project management • Experience in customer relationship management • Fluent in English • Ability to travel occasionally within North America • Experience in the hydropower industry (desired) • Project Management Certification (desired) • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to manage multitasking in a multicultural and global environment • Mindset of continuous improvement
