📋 Description

• Provide critical support for SAP project execution and billing • Bridge project management, tax teams, and finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency • Use handoff documents to determine project creation, WBS structure, and accurate sales order entry • Work cross-functionally with PM, ITO, Sales, and tax teams to ensure sales orders have correct tax • Maintain and update project data in SAP as directed by Project and Service Managers • Trigger revenue and understand related requirements • Identify and resolve project defects in SAP to ensure data integrity • Assist the PM team with invoicing • Assist the collection team with resolving billing disputes • Use the Internal Billing System process for internal invoicing and troubleshoot billing issues for internal orders • Collaborate with Project Managers to track and improve project metrics, focusing on reducing unbilled and past-due receivables • Manage ad-hoc tasks as business needs evolve to support Project and Service execution teams • Work to ensure projects are completed on time and stated objectives are met

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED • 1-3 years of related project support experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and accept direction from multiple people across different time zones • Basic understanding of project management methodology • Understanding of financial and accounting practices related to project financials invoicing • Good time management skills and ability to perform to deadlines • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to ensure projects are completed on time and stated objectives are met • College degree or equivalent experience • SAP experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
