📋 Description

• Own overall operations, financial performance, and P&L for the Wind Services business covering more than 7,000 wind turbine generators across 200 sites • Lead service directors, hub managers, and over 800 technicians and contractors • Provide leadership for Wind Services operations including safety, quality, delivery, and cost • Ensure safe operation of 800 employees with fatality and injury free operations • Lead day-to-day customer interaction and strategic relationships with customer operational leadership and C-suite • Develop, lead, and coach service directors, hub managers, and technicians • Hold P&L responsibility for several hundred million in revenue across Contractual Services and Transactional Services • Lead adoption of Salesforce and technology innovations to achieve services transformation and margin expansion • Promote consistent standards, scalable methods, and operating rhythms to improve execution quality and long-term business performance • Serve as escalation point for customer disputes, resolutions, and commercial offsets • Own relationship and accountability with third-party contractors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial, Services or similar customer facing roles • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
