📋 Description

• Lead quantitative risk analysis, including Monte Carlo simulations, across multiple projects • Develop Risk Management Plans • Drive risk identification, evaluation, treatment, and overall project risk governance • Serve as the expert and primary point of contact for SAFRAN • Lead and manage risk and opportunity identification, deep dives, mitigation actions, follow-up, and problem solving throughout the project life cycle • Work with Project Management, PMO, functional teams, and stakeholders to align and deliver risk management priorities • Lead daily risk management routines, operational risk reviews, risk reporting, and performance/trend tracking • Support leaders in resolving bottlenecks through structured problem solving • Benchmark internal and external risk management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited university or college • Proficiency with industry-standard risk analysis tools involving Monte Carlo simulations, such as SAFRAN or equivalent • At least 6–8 years of relevant work experience • At least 3 years of risk management or project controls experience • Relevant experience in the nuclear or power industry, including project management, risk management, project controls, construction management, or contracts management, or equivalent • Solid understanding of power project life cycles, project risk management principles, and relevant technical, financial, and contract terms • Ability to handle many complex issues/projects concurrently • Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Primavera, and risk management systems • Access authorization for U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
