📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and monitor the lifecycle of assets • Ensure assets are properly acquired, maintained, utilized, and disposed of • Analyze asset performance, risks, and costs • Recommend asset improvements or replacements when needed • Make authoritative recommendations about technical or professional solutions to improve business performance • Develop or deliver plans for significant aspects of research programs with guidance from senior colleagues • Make recommendations with significant short- and long-term business impact • Develop or deliver internal communications plans with guidance from senior colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required), Business Administration (Required), or Finance (Required) • 10 to 15 years of general experience • Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) certification — FINRA • Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) certification — NCHM • Ability to make authoritative technical or professional recommendations with significant business impact • Ability to develop or deliver plans for significant aspects of research programs with guidance from senior colleagues • Ability to develop or deliver internal communications plans with guidance from senior colleagues • Ability to acquire, organize, protect, and process data • Ability to review and evaluate recommendations and requirements and develop appropriate plans or actions • Ability to assimilate and understand data from various sources and draw appropriate conclusions • Travel less than 25%
