📋 Description

• Integrate project estimates and actual costs into project planning scenarios • Monitor project progress and produce accurate projections • Liaise with the finance team to ensure project reporting and accounting follow company guidelines • Analyze project execution performance • Propose action plans to improve financial performance and mitigate identified risks • Influence strategy for the area of responsibility, including resource control and policy formulation • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Stay informed of industry trends • Make decisions and handle complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering tasks • Assess information quality and ask pertinent stakeholder questions • Develop solutions and recommendations for problems outside set parameters • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and complexity • Communicate difficult concepts and influence viewpoints on specific topics • Guide others toward alternative points of view • Manage project delivery, profit and loss accountability, customer satisfaction, and related project activities and resources

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Project Management & Project Costing • For U.S. roles: Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
