📋 Description

• Own full ONW P&L responsibility among ONW East Europe and MENAT regions • Focus on O&M site cost, FPC, and closing/reporting processes in ONW • Provide financial updates and support operational teams with KPI updates and weekly pacing rhythms • Manage and support staff tracking site performance and access to site finance and resources, including O&M tools and processes • Track portfolio performance against Operations and as-sold contracts CMR and PMR • Partner with Services Directors to drive common processes and practices • Lead cost-out efforts across projects and services and drive implementation across the portfolio • Identify and implement strategies to leverage synergies across functions • Provide operational leadership to drive excellence at Onshore Services sites • Partner with Hub Managers to manage field service engineers • Lead efforts to ensure customer service excellence • Ensure SQDC culture and operational safety policy compliance, including applicable EHS regulations and employee safety practices • Lead and support the O&M Finance Analysts team through financial deep dives and financial KPI achievement • Participate in all project lifecycle phases from commercial ITO handoff through execution of Services at site

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree from accredited college or university • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance / Operation / Execution Roles • Minimum of 5 years of Wind Services Finance • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required • GE FMP / CAS • Strong Analytical Skill Set • Demonstrated track record of execution, problem solving and clear thinking • Ability to lead and motivate cross functional teams • Critical thinking and imagination
