📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Licensing, Digital Technology, Quality, EH&S, Schedule, Cost, Risk, and other functions to define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy during the proposal phase • Partner with functional teams and leadership to identify resources required to execute proposed work and align plans with business capacity • Orchestrate internal and external stakeholder input to achieve consensus on scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing • Develop comprehensive project schedules and cost estimates and identify project-related cost drivers • Support the Commercial Operations Leader with scope, schedule, budget, execution plans, risk logs, and other project management deliverables for customer proposals • Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Incorporate relevant lessons learned into proposal planning and provide project insights back to the internal database • Occasionally support or manage OTR contracts and stay informed on project execution status to maintain execution readiness • Develop and issue proposal/project documentation and facilitate internal reviews for conformance with contract requirements, GVH processes and procedures, and applicable nuclear laws and regulations • Serve as the primary bridge between commercial offerings and internal execution capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 5+ years of experience as a project manager, OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of experience working on projects • Proven professional experience in project management or technical leadership with large-scale, First-of-a-Kind (FOAK), complex programs • Domestic and international travel up to 25% • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government • Strong ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority • Strong oral and written communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach • Ability to balance multiple concurrent proposal deadlines and changing priorities • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies • Experience managing large-scale and/or mega projects, specifically within the nuclear industry • Experience with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs
