📋 Description

• Champion a world-class safety culture across assigned projects and contractors • Own portfolio-level EHS performance, corrective action closure, compliance, prevailing wage compliance, certified payroll governance, and audit readiness • Drive quality improvements, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning • Serve as primary operational point of contact for assigned customer portfolios and build executive-level relationships • Lead business reviews, project reviews, customer escalations, and recovery planning • Develop customer-specific execution strategies and identify fleet reliability opportunities • Own execution strategy and financial performance for major corrective workstreams, including MCU, gearbox, main bearing, generator, hub, drivetrain, blade, and large corrective maintenance campaigns • Deliver contracted major corrective work from bid through project closeout • Manage project and portfolio budgets, financial risks, change orders, pricing support, working capital, invoicing, and closeout • Own strategic contractor and vendor relationships, scorecards, performance improvement, sourcing, and capacity planning • Lead execution reviews, resource optimization, bottleneck resolution, workforce planning, standardization, lessons learned, and continuous improvement • Mentor Project Managers and Associate Project Managers • Support succession planning, talent development, hiring, onboarding, and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or equivalent field experience • Minimum 5 years of experience managing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or major maintenance projects • Demonstrated experience leading complex MCU, blade, or large corrective maintenance campaigns • Experience managing customer relationships and contractor workforces • Strong financial acumen in forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and change order recovery • Knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, logistics coordination, and field execution • Experience operating within prevailing wage environments • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously • PMP certification preferred • Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred • Experience managing Liftra operations preferred • Experience leading catastrophic response programs preferred • Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy fleets preferred • Multi-site portfolio management experience preferred • Experience leading customer business reviews and contract execution discussions preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
