📋 Description

• Own and execute critical projects for Paylocity’s largest, most complex, and highest-revenue clients • Engage clients, Client Service Managers, Account Managers, and internal partners to understand business challenges and develop solutions • Manage projects using Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Taskray • Define project scope, develop project plans, and track and report progress • Resolve operational issues affecting regular Paylocity system usage • Provide customer service to internal and external clients • Coordinate internal and external client teams, objectives, responsibilities, and timelines • Report ongoing progress to client senior leadership • Assist with quarterly business reviews • Identify project roadblocks and propose risk mitigation strategies • Identify HR, Finance, and IT opportunities addressable through Paylocity products or HCM solutions • Advocate for client needs and communicate preferences, feature requests, and market trends to internal teams • Identify automation, product, and process improvement opportunities • Lead client calls to report project task deliverables • Stay current on HR, payroll, and benefits administration trends, regulations, and best practices • Travel to clients up to 25%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience required • 5–7 years of project management or technical account management experience required • Previous client services and client-facing experience required • Excellent project and time management skills • Previous HCM or payroll service bureau experience strongly preferred • Ability to multitask and frequently change priorities • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP • Proven system knowledge of the majority of the Paylocity HCM suite preferred • Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with C-level executives • Previous product training and instructional design experience preferred • Ability to influence stakeholders without authority • Must be located in the Central Time Zone • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Ability to travel to clients up to 25% • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
