📋 Description

• Implement, establish, and maintain systems that facilitate and dictate patient engagement, including patient texting, patient portal, patient form intake, appointment waitlist, appointment recalls, and mass patient communications • Manage staff access and troubleshoot relevant systems • Complete implementation projects as needed • Develop and report on established targets and success metrics for existing and incoming projects • Coordinate responsibilities with Leadership across Operations, IT, Billing, and Infusion • Ensure a cohesive communication strategy across AARA and LSARA • Monitor and track patient portal enrollments • Optimize digital patient adoption • Oversee staff process adoption • Create and maintain relevant SOPs • Track, monitor, and facilitate mass patient communications • Complete strategic planning exercises • Create and trend analyses relevant to areas of oversight
