📋 Description

• Perform customer order review and compare with the GE quote when the project file is transferred from Commercial to Project Management • Lead internal project kick-off meetings and assign roles and responsibilities • Lead customer kick-off meetings, communicate the planned work, and clarify order issues • Coordinate all project-related activities • Track project spend against budget, including cost, materials, and labor • Lead and draft internal and external project follow-up meeting summaries • Follow up on project derogations • Perform invoicing according to contract terms • Follow up with GE Procurement on supplier deliveries • Regularly communicate project progress to customers • Produce project post-mortem analysis reports • Perform administrative project closeout • Manage long-term service projects • Close out project deficiencies and punch-list items • Manage warranty and after-sales services • Oversee non-turnkey and product/equipment-only projects • Provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources • Use technical expertise and data analysis to support recommendations and decisions • Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues • Maintain customer relations and satisfaction • Own service project delivery and project-related activities, resources, and profit and loss accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree required, preferably with specialization in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline • Minimum 10 years of work experience, with proven project management experience relevant to the role • Willingness and ability to travel 25%–30% locally and internationally based on business needs • Proficiency spoken and written in English • SAP, Salesforce, and MS Project preferred • Proficiency spoken and written in French preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Team player and good communication skills • Customer-oriented • Pragmatic, results- and quality-oriented • EHS-focused • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
