📋 Description

• Lead the execution of complex projects within the Grid Automation solutions domain • Align project goals with overall business objectives • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources • Ensure safety and quality throughout the execution cycle • Collaborate with clients, vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams • Communicate clearly and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles • Build customer intimacy and ensure customer satisfaction during execution • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations • Use planning and scheduling tools to monitor progress, manage the critical path, and deliver projects on time • Optimize project resources in partnership with Engineering and Services • Develop work breakdown structures and monitor Earned Value (EV/BCWP) • Define savings strategies and maximize variation orders during execution • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks • Implement contingency plans for unforeseen challenges • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements • Conduct regular reviews and audits • Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation • Travel to customer sites and offices as required by the project plan

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector • Proven experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects • Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment highly desirable • PMP or equivalent certification preferred • Additional certifications in Grid Automation or related technologies are a plus • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project and Jira • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to travel to customer sites and offices as required by the project plan, around 20% • Deep understanding of Grid Automation solutions and industry standards • Experience with telecom equipment and network infrastructure • Knowledge of automation algorithms and human-machine interfaces • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
