📋 Description

• Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements • Ensure projects and products are capable of meeting specified standards through preventive quality practices • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Develop, implement, and monitor process mapping for quality improvement • Standardize processes, tools, and performance management systems • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity • Present business solutions to leaders in the functional area • Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers • Influence policy and operating guidelines within the function • Evaluate information quality and investigate conflicting data • Use internal and external resources across functions to support decision-making • Manage and develop senior professional direct reports and medium to large teams • Attract and retain talent and provide professional or thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Quality & Business Process Management for roles outside the USA • Master's degree from an accredited university or college for roles in the USA, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs and projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Ability to evaluate quality of information and question conflicting data • Legal authorization to work in the United States for the U.S.-based opening • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
