📋 Description

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions • Source, attract, assess, and engage active and passive candidates using varied recruiting strategies • Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and organizational fit, and recommend candidates to hiring managers • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Promote the employer brand through networking, social media, and targeted talent engagement strategies • Build diverse talent pipelines • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and provide guidance • Use market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions and optimize recruiting strategies • Lead offer negotiations and provide guidance on market trends and compensation • Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience • 3+ years of recruitment experience • Expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automation sectors • Proven track record sourcing and hiring for complex roles, including Automation Engineers, Controls/PLC Programmers, Manufacturing Leadership, and Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
