📋 Description

• Represent the Supply Chain organization within projects and represent Supply Chain sub-functions during project execution • Ensure implementation of customer contractual requirements for delivered equipment • Act as conduit between Supply Chain, engineering COE, and project teams • Manage Supply Chain action progress plans to ensure on-time delivery, quality, cost, and contractual compliance • Update, analyze, and manage key performance indicators and provide regular experience feedback • Manage Supply Chain budget, risks, and opportunities • Coordinate with Material Management, Planning, Material Planning, Sourcing, Transport, and Logistics teams • Lead hand-over with the ITO team to start OTR execution • Establish project strategy and build EPP with project functions; conduct regular reviews during execution • Ensure fabrication order submission, purchase requisition creation, purchase order placement, shipment, and daily activities meet project milestones • Update key dates and deploy actions to secure on-time delivery and cash performance • Monitor total cost for manufacturing, direct materials, transport, and warehouse/storage scope • Analyze slippage issues, consolidate project review information, and ensure consistency of margin-movement root causes • Review project risks and opportunities and decide actions to improve project performance • Own delivery of the allocated project scope and report non-conformities and cost overruns • Drive EHS engagement and promote quality and zero tolerance for delay • Report to the Supply Chain organization and participate as part of the Project Director team(s)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor to Master in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management • Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating project management, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or supply chain in a project-related context • English is mandatory as per project location in the US • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Working technical knowledge of Hydro • Knowledge of production and material control, procurement, manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain processes • Ability to build milestone and resource plans and manage risks and opportunities • Ability to manage total cost of the respective scope • Ability to work effectively across functions and in a global matrix environment • Knowledge and use of Lean principles and methodologies • Ability to recognize and communicate customer-specific requirements and develop reaction and long-term risk mitigation plans • Ability to support/influence suppliers in developing and executing resource, capacity, and technology plans • Ability to influence manufacturing process technology roadmaps and connect with Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Engineering
