📋 Description

• Develop and manage carrier relationships • Negotiate transportation rates with carriers • Provide thorough and accurate follow-up information to customers regarding shipments • Develop solid client relationships by providing excellent customer service • Communicate with management and sales team regarding account performance • Identify, source, and procure new carrier relationships • Establish internal relationships within Giltner Logistics to expand the book of business

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year of industry experience in Logistics Brokerage • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask • Legendary customer service skills • Work ethic second to none • Business-minded, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment • Successful completion of pre-employment reference checks, background check, and drug screen
