• Own the strategic and hands-on architecture of GitLab’s minor and major go-to-market launches for Product & Technical Marketing • Redesign the launch operating model with AI agents at its core • Run program management for initiatives spanning Product Management, Product Design, Growth Marketing, Comms and Social, and Field Enablement • Build and scale a launch framework for 15+ minor and major launches per year • Establish a portfolio program practice mapping dependencies across Product, Design, PTM, Growth, Comms, and Field • Ship production AI agent workflows that reduce manual coordination and establish quality benchmarks • Orchestrate minor launches, major event launches, and weekly signal announcements • Sequence product decisions into PTM and other go-to-market functions with clear handoffs • Keep field enablement on track when dependent on messaging and sales assets • Design early decision points, identify blockers, and rebuild stages and calendars when priorities change • Run retrospectives and improve program systems • Manage a concurrent portfolio of PTM-dependent initiatives with owners, dates, and tradeoffs • Provide leadership with risks, options, recommendations, and decision context • Align go-to-market functions when workstreams compete for resources • Codify program processes and place quality controls in the workflow • Partner with Marketing’s AI Transformation Owner on department-wide adoption and governance • Escalate decisions early with clear asks • Close the loop on results with the data team and apply learnings to subsequent cycles • Report to the VP of Product & Technical Marketing
• Program management for go-to-market across the high-tech industry • First-hand experience with complex, multi-stakeholder, cross-functional initiatives • Experience building and scaling program operations in large, distributed organizations, with clear results • Hands-on experience with AI agents and production automations used by real teams • Track record of converting manual work into AI workflows and helping others adopt them • Experience establishing launch and program frameworks without adding unnecessary process • Strong understanding of product releases and their impact on go-to-market teams • Ability to define risks and clear options for priorities • Experience measuring success by pipeline, adoption, or consumption rather than activity counts • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes workstreams without sacrificing quality or trust • Clear executive writing and speaking skills • Ability to drive decisions across competing priorities and influence without direct authority, including senior leaders • Fluency with project tools with AI automation and ability to use GitLab • Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s travel policy
