📋 Description

• Manage large-scale transformational client initiatives across multiple technical and global teams • Define and implement program governance and controls, including status reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement • Monitor program milestones, risks, issues, decisions, customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability • Drive decision-making, issue resolution, and risk mitigation • Staff and resource the program with leadership and technical leads • Manage budgeting, forecasting, program financials, procurement reporting, and budget visibility • Define roles and responsibilities aligned with staffing plans • Deliver the program end to end and ensure quality • Create executive reports and present them to executive stakeholders • Ensure alignment with statements of work and manage scope changes • Coach and mentor project managers and other team members • Create and manage long-term program or portfolio goals • Ensure successful onboarding and offboarding of program resources • Act as liaison between program staff and upper management/executives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field required • Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in a related field required • Minimum 5 years of active Program Management experience • Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience • Experience working with financial customers • Experience managing, tracking, and forecasting financials and budgets for large-scale programs • Understanding of service delivery models focused on continuous improvement • Excellent understanding of the contract process • Ability to manage contract modifications and negotiate contract scope, cost, and schedule • Good understanding of supply chain processes • Ability to work independently and track program timelines • Strong team skills • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Salesforce CRM software experience • Experience developing and estimating client statements of work • Experience managing technology programs with budgets of $25MM or greater • Experience managing distributed matrixed teams of at least 50 people • Proven leadership capabilities • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI preferred • One to three years of prior sales/business development experience preferred • Experience working in multi-site/global environments is a plus
