📋 Description

• Build and drive large-scale programs end-to-end, marshaling cross-functional support and resources • Manage or coordinate change-management activities, including stakeholder engagement, champion creation, messaging, communication planning, support, and enablement • Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Stripe, levels, and functions • Identify improvement opportunities for Revenue teams across strategy, people, process, and technology • Develop a Programs Center of Excellence and provide guidance, consulting, and coaching to peers and partner teams • Prioritize across projects and synthesize data to guide strategy and decisions • Make C-suite-level recommendations and drive decisions when necessary • Build GTM strategy, operationalize incubation programs, and support transition and handover to GTM and Product Operations counterparts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a sales and marketing organization • 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related discipline • Track record of delivering global, complex programs with multiple constituents end-to-end in changing, ambiguous environments • Enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality • Ability to work under pressure with adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Ability to diagnose, simplify, and structure problems and solutions while maintaining command of details • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication experience, influencing from front lines to C-suite • Demonstrated leadership qualities, ownership of challenges, colleague support, and high-quality deliverables • Preferred: comfort operating with incomplete data and adapting or reprioritizing as business needs change • Preferred: deep commercial, operational, or financial problem-solving and analysis experience in a sales-oriented environment • Preferred: growth mindset and innate curiosity • Preferred: prior payments experience • Preferred: comfort with SQL
