📋 Description

• Drive and execute operations for the Rx Kids program • Lead end-to-end project management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders • Recruit and manage field teams, driving operational excellence and improvement • Support partnerships and positioning through research and contribute to proposals • Manage Ohio operations immediately after program launch • Communicate effectively about project goals and align strategy and impact. • Monitor operational metrics to ensure program excellence and drive improvement • Lead fraud monitoring and coordinate with internal audit teams • Establish and maintain relationships with operational partners and community-based organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management and/or problem solving • Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly Values and active demonstration of core competencies including emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity • A 'player-coach' mindset, comfortable owning strategic decisions and hands-on execution • Familiarity with maternal/child health, early childhood policy, cash, or a related domain is a plus • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams • Strong data analysis skills and comfort working with data • Strong communications skills, specifically in speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating • Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages a plus
