• Coordinate and support recruiting efforts across the organization • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and feedback collection • Assist with sourcing candidates and maintaining our applicant tracking system • Help ensure a positive and professional candidate experience • Coordinate onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications • Assist managers with successful new hire integration • Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle • Maintain employee records and HR documentation • Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions • Support HR operations for a distributed workforce, including multi-state registrations and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent operations • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment • Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Breezy HR) is a plus
