📋 Description

• Lead regional business development and deliver growth plans across all GPN brands • Own customer development, opportunity identification, annual planning, and trade fund management • Build and deliver annual business plans for each account • Identify, prioritize, and activate customer growth opportunities • Develop and deliver strategic selling presentations based on assortment, pricing, promotion, and P&L insights • Execute assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies aligned to financial targets • Lead customer-facing selling efforts and negotiations • Create category selling stories to drive incremental distribution and activation • Own portfolio P&L performance, trade budget optimization, and ROI delivery • Manage trade promotion management activities, including planning, tracking, and communication • Forecast sales, trade events, and incremental volume • Lead broker partners to deliver customer, brand, and financial objectives • Translate strategy into execution direction and ensure accountability in market • Monitor in-market performance and course-correct as needed • Drive distribution, shelving, and promotional execution • Support brand visibility and customer engagement through events and in-market activities • Partner with Sales Strategy, Category Management, and Trade Development • Collaborate with customer service and internal teams for seamless execution • Role-model company values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in CPG, grocery retail, or broker-led sales environments • Proven broker management experience, including leading execution through indirect resources • Experience managing P&Ls, trade investments, and customer planning • Strong analytical, financial, and forecasting capabilities • Proficiency with syndicated data such as Nielsen, IRI, and SPINS • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency • Proficiency with Outlook and Teams • Preferable: experience working with Regional Grocery customers or multi-account portfolios • Preferable: experience with Trade Promotion Management systems • Preferable: familiarity with AI-enabled tools for forecasting or insights
