📋 Description

• Review lease documents, write lease summaries and abstracts, and review due-diligence materials • Deliver on client-driven priorities while tracking progress and milestones • Develop analytics models and methodologies to create informed client recommendations • Develop and/or complete financial models evaluating lease cash flows and P&L impact • Analyze business performance data and budgets for executive-level operations reporting • Review critical dates, evaluate contract options, and provide recommendations • Create and implement PIFs, RFPs, market comps, business cases, location analyses, and broker opinions of value • Support transaction activity by preparing forecasts and savings-results reporting • Conduct client-specific research for strategic planning, portfolio reviews, and highest-and-best-use analyses • Summarize and communicate analytical findings, insights, and recommendations through executive-level documents and presentations • Complete other client-driven initiatives supporting internal real estate needs • Work across multiple time zones to accommodate global initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience • Prior experience managing transactions for commercial real estate services • Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience • Active real estate license in state of residence • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced MS Excel proficiency required • Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and Salesforce reporting preferred • Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau preferred • Experience with lease administration platforms, including CoStar and Visual Lease • Ability to work across multiple time zones for global initiatives • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills
