📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks for a large-scale online volunteer program • Respond to routine Online Missionary requests and questions, referring complex matters to the Spanish Discipleship Manager • Track and summarize program metrics such as response times and unanswered messages • Share metric updates with volunteer leaders and the Spanish Discipleship Manager • Prepare and distribute volunteer resources and communications, including blog posts, newsletters, and WhatsApp messages • Coordinate volunteer meeting logistics, including scheduling, reminders, registration, agendas, and follow-up items • Support initiatives that cultivate community, spiritual connection, and encouragement among online volunteers • Share observations about potential volunteer leaders and assist with coordinating development activities • Document recurring operational questions and process issues • Suggest workflow improvements and assist with implementing approved policy and procedure updates • Organize assigned tasks, track deadlines, and manage competing priorities • Log, triage, and route technical support tickets using established severity and priority criteria

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional-level fluency in both Spanish and English • Demonstrated experience supporting or coordinating large-scale online volunteer networks and administrative workflows • Proficiency with online communication tools, email marketing software, AI tools, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp • Familiarity with logging, triaging, and routing technical support tickets • Experience using graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and task coordination skills with attention to detail • Ability to address routine operational issues using established procedures and escalate complex matters appropriately • High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • 2+ years of experience supporting or coordinating large-scale volunteer programs • Ability to meet regularly with the Spanish Discipleship Manager and broader department, remotely and in-person as needed • Maintain a valid Driver’s License/passport • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Alignment with the Statement of Faith is required • Loves Jesus and expanding His Kingdom • Passion for ExploreGod's mission and a heart for digital ministry
