📋 Description

• Contact Company provided leads to set qualified appointments • Communicate with clients by phone, text and email to understand their needs • Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various services • Establish relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales • Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales • Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales in CRM and tracking data in excel or google sheets

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of call center experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM • Ability to contact customers, complete sales reports and manage other tasks independently • Reliable IT equipment, internet and adequate workspace. • Ability to handle high call volume • Previous experience with an auto-dialer(Ring Central) • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation
