📋 Description

• Own user stories, backlog refinement, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and roadmap planning • Partner with engineering and data teams to define migration mapping rules, transformation logic, validation requirements, reconciliation processes, and data quality expectations • Support end-to-end data migration activities from discovery and profiling through cleansing, transformation, conversion, testing, cutover, reconciliation, and post-migration validation • Translate technical findings and migration challenges into business requirements, decisions, and next steps • Coordinate product, business, development, QA, architecture, and leadership teams to keep migration efforts aligned and progressing • Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and key decisions • Facilitate discussions, clarify requirements, and drive agreement across multiple teams

🎯 Requirements

• Full-time W2 employment • Candidates should possess US Citizenship • Must reside in the United States • Willingness to undergo a federal background check • At least 3 years of experience focused on data migration, conversion, legacy transformation, or related initiatives • Proven experience contributing to complex system implementation or modernization programs • Strong Agile product delivery experience, including ownership of user stories, backlog refinement, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and roadmap planning • Ability to define mapping rules, transformation logic, validation requirements, reconciliation processes, and data quality expectations with engineering and data teams • Solid understanding of end-to-end migration activities, including data discovery, profiling, cleansing, transformation, conversion, testing, cutover, reconciliation, and post-migration validation • Ability to translate technical findings and migration challenges into clear business requirements, decisions, and next steps • Experience coordinating across product, business, development, QA, architecture, and leadership teams • Ability to identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and key decisions • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain complex data and migration topics to technical and non-technical audiences
