📋 Description

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce-based solutions using low-code/no-code tools and custom code to meet DHS requirements • Implement and customize Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud for case management, citizen engagement portals, and workflows • Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions • Develop and maintain integrations with external systems • Support data migration from legacy systems through data mapping, transformation, and validation • Write code adhering to Salesforce best practices and federal security requirements • Assist with technical documentation for project deliverables, gate reviews, and ATO cybersecurity requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing system performance and scalability • Support user training by providing technical insights and ensuring features are user friendly and adoptable

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates should possess US Citizenship • Candidates must reside in the US • Willingness to go through the federal background check due to the nature of the client • Experience designing, developing, and configuring Salesforce-based solutions using low-code/no-code tools and custom code • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components • Experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud • Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions, including user stories, workflows, and system features • Experience developing and maintaining integrations with external systems • Experience supporting data migration, including data mapping, transformation, and validation • Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to Salesforce best practices and federal security requirements such as NIST and FISMA • Ability to create technical documentation for project deliverables, gate reviews, and ATO cybersecurity requirements • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance and scalability • Ability to support user training and ensure system features are user friendly and adoptable
