📋 Description

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally while gathering essential trip details • Identify potential sales opportunities from inbound inquiries • Input accurate lead information into Zoho CRM and the Buster platform • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes • Follow up with customers and convert quotes into confirmed bookings • Maintain friendly, clear, and helpful customer communication • Use Zoho CRM and company technology platforms to manage leads, track communication, update records, and ensure accurate data collection • Work with the Sales Team and Customer Success Team to support customer needs and successful trip management • Meet or exceed individual sales goals, response-time expectations, and lead conversion benchmarks • Follow the CRM process • Assist National Account Executives in the quote-to-close process • Assist the Customer Success Team with quality control when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a positive Customer Service / Sales or related field – transportation / travel / hospitality
