📋 Description

• lead and inspire a team of sales professionals • conduct weekly 1:1 meetings, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions • provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support • develop strategies to close strategic sales opportunities • facilitate weekly pipeline reviews and sales planning sessions • monitor team activity, track performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older • valid drivers license • background check after a conditional offer • completion of mandatory drug screening • live in the area relative to job posting location • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
