📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service and handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally using multiple systems • Focus on first-contact resolution and high customer satisfaction while meeting operational standards • Act as first-tier support for Globe Life customer inquiries • Effectively communicate and resolve each customer issue • Assist with department and company initiatives as needed • Assist with daily call volume, prioritizing service level • Provide accurate resolutions to customer inquiries by phone, email, and written correspondence • Meet customer needs on every interaction • Meet Quality Assurance requirements and key performance metrics • Perform other duties as assigned • Work Monday to Friday with no weekend phone schedules

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish and English • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English • Excellent listening skills and ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook • General working knowledge of the Internet for business use • Ability to learn new computer systems • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Professional and friendly attitude with ability to quickly develop rapport with customers • Flexibility in schedule • Detail-oriented • Ability to professionally handle and resolve escalated issues • Heavy computer and phone usage • Ability to sit 90% of the workday • Willingness to work shift work and overtime • Reliable and predictable attendance of assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
