📋 Description

• Create and maintain standard reports, basic dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses • Assist with data extraction, cleaning, validation, and organizing existing reporting • Support larger analytics projects under guidance • Contribute visual components or slides for reporting • Use cloud-based data platforms and datasets according to governance standards • Document queries, logic, outputs, business requirements, and expected outcomes • Gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical or functional specifications • Act as a liaison between business units and technical partners • Understand business processes, terminology, and key metrics • Summarize findings in short written or verbal narratives • Support requirements gathering and develop workload organization and progress-monitoring skills • Work with senior analysts to clarify metric definitions and business rules • Perform validation checks to ensure reporting and visuals are accurate • Escalate data quality issues and communicate project updates, questions, and findings • Build expertise in data storytelling for non-technical stakeholders and develop presentation techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 0 to 2 years of experience in analytics or reporting • Basic SQL knowledge • Exposure to Tableau or similar BI tools and Excel • Ability to perform descriptive analytics, identify trends and anomalies, and explore data to understand changes • Preferred experience with Tableau, Tableau Prep, SQL, Python or R, Excel or Google Sheets • Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, or Databricks • Basic understanding of governed datasets and source systems • Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
