📋 Description

• Lead a team of analytics engineers and analysts supporting Sales and Marketing Analytics • Manage the team's work and priorities • Oversee delivery of reliable, well-governed data products enabling self-service analytics and sales and marketing performance reporting • Partner with business stakeholders to turn questions into practical data solutions and clear recommendations • Ensure policies and procedures align with corporate vision • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function • Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity and Compliance Program policies, and applicable corporate and departmental policies • Maintain confidentiality of company-related business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years experience • 5 years experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants OR 5 years experience presenting analytic results to both internal and external audiences • 5 years experience requiring data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data • 2 years leadership experience • Negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills • Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills • PC proficiency including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Preferred: Experience supporting Sales and Marketing analytics, such as campaign performance, lead and pipeline reporting, broker/producer and channel performance, membership growth and retention, and customer segmentation • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Databricks and advanced SQL, including building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines and datasets • Preferred: Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework for modular, tested, and version-controlled data transformations • Preferred: Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to frame ambiguous business questions, define metrics, and translate them into scalable data models and solutions • Preferred: Health care domain knowledge, including membership, enrollment, claims, and provider data, and handling of PHI/PII • Preferred: Experience leading and developing analytics engineering team members, including coaching, prioritizing work, and setting code and quality standards • Preferred: Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, and data quality frameworks • Preferred: Experience in a supervisory/management position within analytics engineering or data platform teams
